At Battle Beaver Customs, we stand behind our precision-engineered equipment and offer a 30-day return window for most custom controllers and accessories. Please note that personalized items may be subject to a restocking fee if returned for reasons other than a manufacturing defect.

Visit our online Help Center and fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form with your order number and reason for return.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your controller in its original protective case and shipping box to ensure it is not damaged during transit.
Ship to HQ
Attach the provided RMA label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
