What is the current build time for a custom controller?
Our standard build time varies based on current demand, typically ranging from 4 to 8 weeks. For those who need their gear sooner, we offer a 'Boost' service at checkout to expedite the assembly of your custom build.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Battle Beaver custom controllers come with a standard 120-day warranty that covers any defects in workmanship or components. Extended warranty options are also available for purchase at the time of customization.
Can I send in my own controller to be modified?
Absolutely. Our 'Send-In' service allows you to ship your existing personal controller to our lab. We can install our signature rear buttons, smart triggers, and other performance modifications to your specific hardware.
What is the difference between Smart Triggers and standard triggers?
Smart Triggers replace the traditional long-pull analog mechanism with a tactile micro-switch. This provides a 'mouse-click' feel with near-instant activation, which is ideal for competitive shooters where reaction time is critical.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our high-performance controllers worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country, and customers are responsible for any local customs fees or import duties upon arrival.
What is your return policy?
Because our custom controllers are built to your exact specifications, we do not offer full refunds. However, we do offer a 30-day return window for a partial refund (subject to a restocking fee) or adjustments if the product does not meet your expectations.
